Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the One Two Three Games mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the App.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App in an unauthorized manner.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems.
- Use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to graphics, game designs, sounds, text, and software — are the exclusive property of One Two Three Games and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
In-App Purchases & Advertising
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or display advertisements. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Ad revenue helps us keep games free; you may opt out of personalized ads via your device settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Two Three Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or other communication channels. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
