How do I get the real megabuster on Dead Rising?

To unlock the Real Mega Buster in Dead Rising, you need to kill 53,594 zombies in 72 Hour Mode This can be done across multiple playthroughs Once unlocked, the Real Mega Buster will appear in the Security Room Here's a method to quickly unlock it:
  1. Start a new game in 72 Hour Mode Skip the beginning cutscenes to save time
  2. Go to the Maintenance Tunnels Use the red convertible in the parking lot to get to Leisure Park, then drive to the Maintenance Tunnels
  3. Drive into the crowd of zombies Head left into the ramp leading to a large pile of zombies
  4. Use the Truck When the convertible is damaged, switch to the truck at the top of the ramp and continue running over zombies
  5. Loop the area Repeat the process by looping back to the entrance using the red convertible that respawns
  6. Prioritize propane tanks Look for zombies carrying propane tanks and hit them to maximize kills
  7. Complete "Back Up For Brad" Do the "Back Up For Brad" mission so he opens one of the Entrance Plaza shutters
  8. End the game To get the weapon, you have to get an ending. Go to the helipad about an hour before the helicopter arrives on Day 3 and wait for the helicopter to arrive
After killing 53,594 zombies and completing 72 hour mode, the Real Mega Buster will be unlocked and will spawn in the Security Room The Real Mega Buster has 300 shots and is capable of killing almost any enemy with a few hits The weapon respawns every time you enter the security room, as long as you are not currently holding it
